The Hills Are Alive 5k cross country run and costu The Hills Are Alive 5k cross country run and costume contest is just around the corner. This fun Halloween run with the GMAA is at the Arrowhead Golf course in Milton, Halloween morning at 9:30. All finishers will receive a WOODAL. There are tons of prizes to be awarded and raffled, including maple syrup, wine, pumpkins and more! The course is known as "Laura's Tears", but don't let that scare you (BOO!). It's race week, and the excitement for the 50th an It's race week, and the excitement for the 50th annual Green Mountain Marathon and Half Marathon is building! There are now 400+ registrants, and the t-shirts and awards are here for a preview. All finishers will receive a finisher's medal - pic coming soon. Get psyched for great fall running in the Lake Champlain Islands! We hope to see you this Sunday, October 17th!
It's that time again...!! 2nd Monthly GMAA Beer & It's that time again...!! 2nd Monthly GMAA Beer & Social Run 🏃🏼‍♀️🍻🏃🏻 When? TOMORROW Friday October 8th When? 6 pm (gather 5:45) Where? FOAM Brewery - 112 Lake Street This will be approximately a 5.7 mile out & back to Leddy followed by some Depot Hill Double Trouble to finish it off. Come join us for great company and beautiful sunset views (approximately 6:22 pm). We had an awesome turn out last month, and we cannot wait to see this event grow! See you all tomorrow, spread the word, all welcome!

Tonight we had 17 people show up for the group wor Tonight we had 17 people show up for the group workout at UVM! Come check us out next week if you haven't yet! We are also launching a brand new group run starting tomorrow (Friday 9/10) FRIDAY BEER RUN & SOCIAL - Gather at Zero Gravity Brewery @zerogravitybeer at 6PM for 5-7 miles followed by some cold beverages and great company! Hope to see you there!
