Another successful turnout for the indoor workout Another successful turnout for the indoor workout at the UVM indoor track! The next indoor workouts are: 3/1 - Saturday 8:00 AM - 9 AM 3/13 - Thursday 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM 3/22 - Saturday 8:00 AM - 9 AM 3/29 - Saturday 8:00 AM - 9 AM
False start on the weather, 7 day penalty, the rac False start on the weather, 7 day penalty, the race will be held on 2/16. Today would have been the Super Sunday 4-mile road run, but the quick thinking referees at Millennium Running postponed it to next Sunday to avoid the snowstorm. If you're already registered you're good to go. If you are available to run next week this is your chance! The GMAA will be carpooling to the race early Sunday morning. This event is one of the GMAA Performance Series runs. The Performance Series is a set of 7 races in VT and elsewhere in New England. The pass costs $115, and in includes entry into all 7 races, plus your USATF membership - a great bargain! Come to the UVM indoor track tonight at 6:30 to run in warm weather, good footing, and great company! Options are running the workout, or jogging at a leisurely pace. Either way, all are welcome to take refuge from the snow! See you tonight!
