The weather held out for the 9th GMAA Equinox Trail Race on Sunday, June 16. Trail conditions were “soft”, but very manageable. See the Results page for details on the 5K and 10K results.

Our next club race is the Apple Harvest 10K on Sat Our next club race is the Apple Harvest 10K on Saturday, September 21st at 9 AM! Pre-register online and pay $20 ($15 for GMAA members.) Day-of registration is $25. A few more volunteers are needed for the water station and to direct runners on the course -- if you're not planning to run this awesome 10K, please consider volunteering for a couple of hours that morning! There will be apple crisp for racers and volunteers, and you can go apple picking at Shelburne Orchard afterwards! Contact Ruth Blauwiekel at appleharvest@gmaa.run. Thank you!
It's starting to feel like fall again. And that me It's starting to feel like fall again. And that means it's almost time for the Champlain Islands Marathon - The CIM of the East! Come run Vermont's fall marathon in the beautiful Lake Champlain Islands during peak foliage season! But sign up soon because this event will sell out! The marathon is a double out and back course that runs along the west shore of Grand Isle, and passes orchards, farms, summer cottages, and Lake Champlain. The Half Marathon is single out and back.
